Work Parties - Weekly on Wednesdays and Monthly on a Saturday
Wednesday Work Parties
We meet at 9:30am outside the greenhouses behind the Bayfordbury Campus Main Building (postcode SG13 8LD). You can park your car in the car park.
The session usually lasts until about 3:30pm. We have breaks for morning coffee and lunch outside in the Pinetum. You can join us at any point during the day and you don't have to stay for the whole session. Any help is welcome! Please wear footwear suitable for uneven and maybe muddy ground, depending on the weather. Most of our volunteers find long trousers and long sleeves are best. Obviously, we are working outdoors and we are generally well spaced. If you want to bring a face covering or sanitiser, that is fine. Please also bring your own gloves and secateurs if you have them. Other tools can be provided. And, remember a drink and a snack or something for lunch!

The Main Building isn't open on Saturdays so if you are staying all day bring a picnic lunch to have in the Pinetum. We finish at around 4:00pm.
